It is springtime in Green bay, Wi. once again! With the long and cold winters we get here in Northeastern Wisconsin, residential vinyl siding and asphalt shingled roofs can start looking drab and dreary. It is not the fault of the residential home owners here in Green bay. It’s the weather that causes all the wear and tear to our homes.
We all take pride in how our homes look to our neighbors. It is called curb appeal! To get the shine back to your siding, and to get your roof looking like it was put on yesterday, give Tom a call at AAA PROFESSIONAL PRESSURE WASHING! By the way, I’m Tom. I write all content for my websites. I bid all the work my customers request, and I do all the work for my customers. There is no confusion that can happen when one employee answers calls that come in, then another employee bids the work for the customer, then yet another employee does that work if price is accepted. I used to run my business that way back in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. The money was great, but running a good business can’t be all about money. I discovered after awhile that customers really liked keeping things simple, and they appreciated being able to deal with just one individual. After discovering these facts, I decided to get rid of all employee’s. My name is Tom Ward, and I would like very much the opportunity to earn your trust. Thank you!
I use only biodegradable and eco-friendly solutions. There is absolutely no chemicals or toxic bleach running through my machines. Using bleach to clean vinyl siding and roof surfaces is a lazy shortcut that alot of pressure washing companies and roof cleaning businesses use in order to save time, and to make a larger profit. It’s a greedy approach to business. They do their customers a great disservice as well because bleach (all types of bleach, including chloride bleach) will change the very color of asphalt shingles, and it ‘could’ effect the color of vinyl siding.
Bleach will negatively effect the ecosystem around residential homes. It can kill plants, trees, landscaping, along with any shrubs around a home. The companies using bleach are not stupid. They mask the smell of the bleach solutions with deodorizer. They water down all plants and landscaping before beginning as to lessen the the negative effects of the bleach.
The part of this whole charade that chaps my backside is the very simple fact that they refuse to let customers know what they are using to clean siding and roofs.
I know that there are some people out there that simply don’t like the idea of a company like mine cutting down the competition. Believe me, I don’t take any satisfaction in doing so. The truth is, companies like Pioneer have been repeatedly warned by the department of agriculture that they needed to give their customers full disclosure on what they were using to get residential homes clean. The customers deserve to know. I show my customers every solution I will be using.
if OSHA were to catch one of these businesses in the act of utilizing toxic bleach as their main cleaning agent, they’d be fined, and placed on a probation period. However, it is the homeowner that is solely responsible for the clean-up of toxic materials such as chloride bleach. That could potentially be very costly, so this is why I try and warn customers about the dangers of toxic bleach being used to clean residential homes.
Please remember, I am not trying to steal a customer away from a competitor. I am always extremely busy with my own customers. I am happy keeping my business small. I just have a problem with some of the shady businesses that have popped up over the last 7-8 years in Green Bay (and the surrounding area) that don’t give a damn about the very customers that keep them employed. I feel greatly indebted to all my customers. They are the people that allow me to be self employed.
Thank you for your time in reading my message today.
Best regards,
Tom Ward at AAA PROFESSIONAL
